Montessori is Collaborative.

Montessori presents endless situations among children for mutual help-which is joyfully given and gratefully received.  Students are placed in multi-age classrooms to allow for older students to serve as role-models and leaders and younger students to envision the future opportunities on the horizon. This also encourages students to problem solve and manage tasks in ways that are meaningful and independent of adult influence.
