Our Authorizer: Osprey WildsWorld Learner School is proud to be authorized by Osprey Wilds Environmental Learning Center, a Minnesota-approved charter school authorizer with a strong commitment to environmental and experiential education.
What is a charter school authorizer?
As a public charter school, World Learner School has an authorizer that provides independent oversight and accountability. In Minnesota, every charter school must have an approved authorizer. The authorizer helps ensure that the school is fulfilling the promises and expectations outlined in its charter contract while maintaining the autonomy that allows charter schools to offer innovative educational models.
Osprey Wilds monitors and evaluates World Learner School’s academic, operational, and financial performance and works with our school to support continuous improvement. Osprey Wilds also reviews our progress toward the goals established in our charter contract and ultimately makes decisions regarding charter renewal.
We value our relationship with Osprey Wilds and appreciate the alignment between its commitment to environmental education, experiential learning, and strong educational outcomes and the mission of World Learner School.
